Estimates and Pricing
Estimates are based on project information available at the time of review. Final pricing may change if hidden conditions, structural issues, permit requirements, or client-requested scope changes are discovered after site inspection.
No project is scheduled until scope, pricing, and timeline are approved by both parties.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate project details and property access information.
- Review and approve scope, pricing, and project terms before scheduling.
- Ensure required permissions from property owners, condo boards, or municipalities when applicable.
- Provide timely decisions on materials, finish options, and change requests.
Warranty, Liability, and Site Conditions
Workmanship warranty terms are outlined in project-level agreements. Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, are subject to each manufacturer's terms and installation requirements.
We are not responsible for delays caused by extreme weather, permit delays, site access restrictions, or third-party trade dependencies outside our control.
