Where It Began
United Stucco and General Contracting Ltd. was established in 2007 with a simple but serious commitment: do the work properly, stand behind the workmanship, and treat every project with the respect it deserves. The company started with stucco applications on brand-new custom homes and residential exterior retrofit conversions — the kind of work that demands precision, patience, and an eye for detail.
Commercial Growth
As our reputation grew, so did the scale and complexity of our projects. By 2012 we were delivering EIFS and exterior systems on auto mall dealerships, commercial plazas, big-box shopping centres, and RioCan and SmartCentres properties. Retirement residences, churches, gas stations, and high-rise buildings followed. Every scope brought new technical demands — and our crews responded with the same preparation-led workmanship that built the company.

EIFS Expertise
Over nearly two decades, EIFS has become the core technical specialty of the company. We are experienced with major Canadian system manufacturers including DuROCK and Dryvit, and hold authorized installer status for the DuROCK PUCCS drainage EIFS system. We have supported pilot projects, LEED-related work, and EIFS industry education efforts — bringing both technical depth and field execution to every building envelope scope.
